All bookings require a NON REFUNDABLE deposit of £50.00 per week (cheques made payable to San Marino Court). The balance must be paid 3 weeks prior to the arrival date. Extended stays must be confirmed and paid by mutual agreement.
Minimum tarrif for small apartment out of season £130.00 per week. Maximum price for large apartment peak season £600.00 per week.
